I am Grayswandir of the House of Solaria. First born of Theron, son of Tirotha, son of Olus, son of Aendel of the ancient bloodline of the order of Blood Knights of Solaria. I am a Blood Knight as was my father and his father before him. My day of reckoning is fast upon me.

Childhood seems to have slipped away like the wind upon the grasses of Eversong. As time slips through my mind I strain to recall the day I was torn from my home and thrust into the hands of my master, Kaeria. Although firm and sometimes brutal in her training, she bore my respect, and took on the only persona of a mother that I can recall to this day. Even now I can hear the ringing of her voice in my head chiding me and pushing me beyond all physical limits and restrictions that my sane mind had bore.

Ah, but alas! Today I journey onward, my training complete. I have bid her farewell and move out to take my place among my brethren. To make my mark on this great world before me.
